Warehouse Icon is inventory management software for small businesses. It tracks stock across locations, manages suppliers and purchase orders, records in-store sales and reports on sales history and stale inventory.

Pricing hasn’t been set yet. Warehouse Icon is in early access and early-access accounts are not charged. We’ll publish plans before any paid plan launches.

Yes. Upload a CSV, map your columns to Warehouse Icon fields, review validation errors and a preview, then import. You can also import historical sales from CSV; imported sales are labeled as imported.

Not yet. The sales register records sales paid by cash or another method collected outside Warehouse Icon. Card processing is planned and will only be enabled after we confirm a payment provider supports your products and test refunds and reconciliation.

Yes. USB and Bluetooth scanners that type into a field work anywhere you can search. Camera scanning works in browsers that support the barcode detection API.

Set a reorder point on a product. When available stock drops to that point, Warehouse Icon opens an alert in the notification center. When stock recovers, the alert resolves. Email alerts are coming soon.

No. The inventory aging report treats recently received stock and products marked seasonal separately from long-term stale stock.

Yes. Warehouse Icon works in mobile browsers and can be installed to your home screen as an app.

Yes. Each business’s data is isolated and access is enforced by database security rules, not just the app interface.

Yes. Products, inventory and reports can be exported to CSV at any time.

Yes, for in-store pickup. You can publish a storefront that sells from your Warehouse Icon inventory; customers reserve online and pay when they pick up. Online card payment and shipping are planned.
