Privacy policy (draft)

Draft — pending legal review. This page is a working draft for pre-release software and is not a final legal agreement. It will be replaced with reviewed terms before commercial launch.

What we collect

Account information: your name, email address and authentication details.
Business data you enter: products, inventory, suppliers, purchase orders, sales and related records.
Contact and early-access requests: the details you submit through our forms.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, respond to requests and improve Warehouse Icon. We don’t sell personal information.

Your business data

Your business data belongs to you. It is isolated from other businesses on the platform and you can export it at any time.

Service providers

Warehouse Icon is hosted on Google Firebase. Data is processed by the providers needed to run the service.

Analytics and security checks

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and which features are used. It records page addresses (with record identifiers removed), general device and browser information, and approximate location. It does not receive your name, email, business name or any of your business data. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, analytics is turned off.

We use Firebase App Check with Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to confirm that requests come from the genuine Warehouse Icon app and to block abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
